Following the increased regulatory requirements and an observed increased attack surface, a leading global pharmaceutical organization decided to increase its overall manufacturing cybersecurity.
After the assessment of various selected manufacturing sites and
a comprehensive strategy phase, a 2-phased 5-year program was formed to drive and govern the implementation of the required actions.

We were asked to facilitate the operationalization of this large-scale program valued at a total of over 80 million euros.
