What will be your responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain founders´ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements in internal and client environments
• Manage founders´ inboxes and proactively communicate internally and externally in alignment with the founders.
• Manage, coordinate, and arrange management's travel and travel-related activities, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
• Assist with meeting preparation, including creating agendas, and pre-meeting briefings.
• Organization of courtesies and attentions for clients and team-member
• Organize team events
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

What are we looking for:

• Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and English and German proficiency.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy

• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings

• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Collaborate with external auditors and manage audits

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

• Handle confidential financial documents ensuring they remain secure

What are we looking for:

• Experience as an Accountant or similar financial role

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SevDesk, Commitly) and MS Office

• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles in Germany

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German; proficiency in English is a plus
